This is a gem! It is a perfect steamer for my family. This is a sturdy steamer that can handle just a little or a whole meal. It also stacks perfectly for storage.

I like the size of this steamer because I can put more than one serving in the bowl. What I don't like about this item is that the water tray is very shallow and I'm always concerned I'm going to spill hot water over me or on the counter.

This is just what I wanted to steam larger potatoes etc., in the microwave. I did however, think that it was quite expensive for what it turned out to be as the plastic is really quite thin and flimsy to the point where you would be ill-advised to lift it with one hand when it was loaded with food as it would be likely to buckle and become dangerous.
