Installation Install units so the airflow is in the direction “IN-OUT” as indicated by arrow on the head of the unit. Install filter first in line of additional units such as regulators or lubricators, and as close as possible to the pneumatic tools or appliances being serviced. Unit must be installed in parallel from floor, downstream position for proper function. Do not install polycarbonate bowl in pressure that exceeds 150 PSI or where there is a presence of solvents harmful to polycarbonate. In these cases, use a metal bowl. The Unit can dis-assemble or assemble using a Phillips-head screwdriver or Allen wrench. An insert feature allows simple installation and removal in any location without disturbing the existing piping arrangement. The regulator can be mounted in either up or down position. This unique design allows unlimited adaptation to air preparation systems. Unit will permit use of standard size pipe nipples. Operation & Adjustments Filtering out of dirt and foreign particles, and the separation of moisture is automatic with air flow. There are no moving parts and no adjustments are necessary. Accumulated sludge and moisture should be drained off. Sediment should not be permitted to fill above the lower baffle. Wash filter element at intervals with methylene chloride or similar cleansing fluid to maintain filtering efficiency. To clean element, depressurize system, unscrew polycarbonate bowl and unscrew element from head. Dry filter element thoroughly before reassembling. Clean filter bowl(s) only with soapy water. Inspect O-ring, replacing if damaged or distorted. Reassemble with care to avoid stripping threads on bowl. After a metal bowl with sight is tightened, it may be rotated up to 180 (for proper viewing.) Before supplying the air, turn the adjusting knob counter-clockwise until compression is released from the control spring. Turn on the air supply and adjust the knob to set the desired secondary pressure by turning the knob clockwise.

This replaced an old regulator only in a small shop 1/2" iron pipe air system. With the correct reducers it screwed into the system effortlessly. I set it at 120 psi most of the time but reduce it to about 80psi for some things. This one changes quickly and easily. The filter is easy to clean. This is the first Pneumatic plus I have used but I am impressed so far. It came well protected in a well fitted box. It is well put together and is functioning as expected. I hope it lasts 30 years like my last one!

I've been using this regulator for about 3 months now. Has worked great and maintains accurate pressure. I'm using it on an 80 gallon compressor and running it at 100 psi.

I wasn’t sure about this brand but after doing some searching I decided on this model for my needs. After about a month of everyday use it’s still spot on keeping the pressure at 100 psi and filtering water. The construction is solid with no leaks.

Nice package, seems will constructed, so far works great. Had a issue with gauge glass cracked upon delivery, Amazon want me to return complete assembly, for replacement, But I needed it right away, so I tried contacting manufacture, with absolutely no success, emailed them 2 separate times with no reply, not happy with that. Even registered it for warranty, not sure they wound even fulfil the warranty if there was a problem ???

I bought this to use on my Kobalt(Lowes) 60 gallon compressor. I had one of their(Kobalt)small 125psi regulators with the plastic knob to adjust air pressure and it leaked air and didn't catch any moisture. And the plastic turn-to-lock knob broke. It cost almost as much as this new one does. This one is a heavy duty unit. No air leaks, cleans the air and makes my plasma cutter cuts better. The only issue I had was finding 1/2" NPT fittings for it. Most places around here only have 3/8" NPT. So you may want to look for those here on Amazon while you're at it.The metal tee handle to adjust the pressure works great and doesn't leak any air.

Lots of junk out there on the regulator market, having a simple t handle is normally a good sign of a better quality regulator. This one fits the bill and is priced nicely. I have a complete 3/4 in air system in my shop and regulate the pressure with this for when I am using my paint guns.

Better quality and catches a lot of moisture from compresses air, I have used DeRalle product to catch the most moisture out of compressed air before stored in main Air compressor tank, I have also feed that into two additional large canister filled with disicant beeds for Dry enough compressed air and used with Plasma cutter no problem.

Installed the regulator / filter and guess what no leaks ( yeeee haaaa ) , returned the other one that was half the price but was leaking through the body . Easy to adjust the pressure , would 100 % recommend this to anyone .
