My only complaint is that I didn't get any spare belts and no instructions on how to get more. They don't sell belts for their tumbler. But the unit is solid. The timer works well and makes sense. I would recommend this if you're getting into the hobby!

This is our second purchase as my son enjoys tumbling rocks and making pieces that we bought a second one. The process takes ~ a week so patience is required and not a virtue my 6 yo has. Having two tumblers running is loud, both are in the garage, but allows him to have polished pieces every few days. Good STEM item for kids.

It breaks right away. The belt breaks. I want a refund. They sent me five extra belts. It breaks a belt every time during a cycle. It won’t even run four days without breaking the belt. I want my money back. Because I waited to troubleshoot and wait for replacement belts my return period expired.
