I needed a strap that would not add too much length. This worked great. Swapped out the carabiner though. Hoping the I-beam in the ceiling doesn't wear the strap out before too long. Not a heavy duty strap, but the weight bearing measurement I thought on this strap was 300lbs, enough for my purpose.
