I love these things, and have ever since I was a little kid (long, long ago, I assure you). If you buy this one, be aware that the indicator disk opposite the business end protrudes a little bit much for my hand. I found the version with the string puller to be far more comfortable.

I've been looking for a convenient form of exercise for grip and wrist strength which is happily answered by this ball.My underlying purpose was to help improve my shots in badminton which relies on both, and after a few weeks of use 4-5x a week for about 10-20min a day Ive noticed some improvement already.Pros:- Easy to start with the automated system once you get the hang of the technique (instructional video link helpfully included)- This ball offers up a good amount of resistance and will likely offer something for all levels of strength.- Convenient to take with you out and about at the office or elsewhereCons:- Can be a bit difficult and uncomfortable to hold onto at first- I found this got a bit easier with more use and grip strengthening, however it would be nice if the grip was a little softer to hold.- The whirring noise. Doesn't personally bother me during use, but found it got annoying for others in the same room.Overall- 4.5/5Does exactly what I bought it for in a very convenient to use and store form. Quality build and feel; well worth the money spent.

Bought this for my husband to help with his wrist weakness. It's worked great, very good quality and once you watch the instructional video it's actually pretty easy to use.
