While kind of a pain to have to set up and wrap yourself, it does work as it's supposed to. Feels sturdy enough, and is decently priced. It would have been nice to just have a textured pattern on the grip, and skip the tape altogether. It had a good width to it, which is nice for my larger hands.

I'm now in my sixth month of 2 hours a week of physical therapy to strengthen my arm/shoulder ater a rotator cuff injury and increase my ability to use my left arm. This has certainty helped with pain and in order to do the same exercises at home I have managed to re-create some of the exercises. I saw this training handle which allows me to set up a session where I pull my arm down like an arm wrestler- this handle when hooked to different bands is similar to the exercise done with my therapist where she is holding onto the band and I am pulling my arm down.

This FITTERGEAR brand arm wrestling trainer is an off the shelf piece of piping that is quite sturdy and durable. The kit includes a strap, a carabiner, and a roll of self-adhesive bandage, like the bandage they wrap your arm with when you donate blood, or get a blood test. The product page claims that the device has three adjustable holes. That's just nonsense. It's a piece of plastic pipe with three openings, but there's no way to adjust them unless you take an angle grinder to them. The self-adhesive bandage is said to increase grip comfort and prevent slipping. It actually seems to be included to wrap the pipe in order to protect your hands from the original raised piping features, such as flow direction arrows, and alignment ridges used when gluing to other pipes. I guarantee you that if you don't wrap the pipe, or remove the ridges, you will pay in skin irritation and pain. I'll be removing the ridges on my by sanding them smooth. I think with the ridges on there, this should be considered an unfinished product. In addition, no how to use instructions were included. The product arrived in a plastic bag with a barcode. Clearly the makers were looking for the quickest profit with the least amount of effort. Junk.

This Armwrestling hand trainer must be assembled. Nothing difficult and easy enough, however, proper hand placement and strap understandings are limited to only picture on site. The unit itself is around 2" around and approximately 5" in length. It's made from a solid non-flexible plastic and definitely for arm wrestling training of pronator muscles and grip. It has a max capacity of 300 lbs. (much more than most can do). Works, but cumbersome to figure out hand and nylon webbing placement.

$4 dollars in parts that can be picked up at home depot. This grip is too small. Maybe for kids? This was a Vine item so I didn't pay for it... you shouldn't eitjher.
