If you’re looking for a low price good quality product this is it. Holds great and has multiple benefits. I have a nut sert tool and uses it for installing on our canopy. And they hold down the sides in any storm.

Seems like solid construction and strong. The problem for me is that it does not lock shut. I could not adjust it enough to lock in place and it kept opening by itself. A simple lock mechanism like similar clasps would give this 5 stars

These seem to be good for 90 degree angle or smaller. Installed these on a flatbed truck box, and it had them at about a 95 degree angle, so they wouldn’t snap shut. I just ground some material off the mating surfaces of the handle and the latch itself. Works great and sturdy after I did that

I received 2 clamps that had J hooks with different diameters. They were supposed to be 5/16†but one was smaller with about a 9/32†diameter. They were supposed to be identical. The clamps are well made and strong.

Great latch for a tire swing out. Apparently it’s harder to find a 90° latch for a decent price than I was expecting. This one did the trick. Bummed the shackle was just a little long so I had to swap it with another one.

Works for what I needed but poor design... if you adjust it to the smallest length then the end of the bolt gets in the way of the toggle.

I was sick and tired of the racoons getting into our green bin. Out garbage pick up is at 6:30 am sharp every week and I hate getting up at 6am just to put out the trash ! I think the racoons here in Toronto are as big and strong as Wolverines ! Lol. So I thought I'd MacGyver this one on the green bin. Our waste management staff just have to flip the red handle up and it releases easily. So far, works great, the coons will have to chew through the plastic to get in !
