Left Hand (RH) SpiralEasy-To-UseThese hose clamps feature an easy-to-turn blue key made from a strong and durable polymer.
The key is designed to make the securing and un-fastening of the hose much easier, by hand and without the use of any tools. This eliminates the knuckle busting associated with flat head screw drivers or tiny socket wrenches. Simply turn the key clockwise to tighten, counter clockwise to loosen.
True Seal Connection
The clamps have an integral bridge component that steps over the tubings helical reinforcement, delivering a direct transfer of force to the connection, which helps eliminate hose detachment and pressure loss from leakage.

These are easy to install and work as expected. They don't feel cheap and can be really cranked tight without breaking. I will be ordering a few more packs of these because of the ease of using them and the quality.

In case you’re wondering: left-hand will fit just about all vacuum hose attachments from Powertec. So if you bought the black expandable 2 1/2†hose and are wondering if you need right or left hand clamps, you need left. If you bought the anti-static 2 1/2†hose, left-hand clamps will work. What I’ve found is that unless specifically stated, all the hoses are “left-hand†hoses, for which the left-hand clamps will work.

Good quality. I had no idea what "bridged" meant, then I figured it out! Many hoses have a metal wire spiraling around the hose, and a normal (not-bridged) clamp will clamp down on the wire where it goes under the clamp. A bridged clamp has an offset, so no point of the clamp will clamp down on the wire.

These are great for vacuum hose that have a spiral wire reinforcement. Just make sure that you order the ones for the correct direction of spiral.

Fantastic. These are great for dust collection hose, much better than a regular hose clamp that does not have the bump for the wire to pass through. Just make sure you appropriately buy right or left hand clamps for your hose.

Blue thumb screw hits the metal tab making it difficult to adjust.
