Even when I bake two loaves, they may not get backed at the same time. The older rectangular large racks that I had can cool two or more loaves, but using them for only one takes up a lot of space. Replaced with two of these circular racks has been great.

These fit nicely on a plate for prepping steaks, chops or small roasts in fridge overnight. They are sturdy and heavier than many racks that fit on sheet pans. Because they are plate size they are easier to find space in the fridge than if you had to use traditional 1/4 sheet pan trays. They appear to be well made. I do not anticipate that they will rust overtime as many sheet pan grills have in the dishwasher.

I needed these to use at the bottom of a bigger pot as a steamer to set a ceramic dish on. They worked perfectly and my dish turned out great!
