i am very happy with this. i am 53 years old and consider myself a veteran yogi...but...i practice less than i should and have grown nervous about inversions. so i thought to get a yoga swing. i did so much research and as with many things, especially yoga props, i always feel you get what you pay for.practicing at home during pandemic and limited resources, i decided, reluctantly, to give this less expensive option a go.i couldn't be happier. my first yoga swing! i wasn't sure what to expect and worried buying a less expensive one would mean complications or difficulty--but it is easy. and fun. luckily i had the strong beam to hang it from. it took me about 15 minutes from unpacking to being up and in it.i wanted to write this review to encourage others who might be on the fence. i watched many you tubes and thought it would be a big deal...wonderfully easy to start out slow. simply the zero gravity hammock experience, for stress reduction, is worth the cost. it's been 4 or 5 days. my practice is to just get up in it and rest--meditate...wait. then explore as spirit moves (and it does) i havent hung fully upside down yet but i'm getting there. there are many simple yin style supported long holds you can find on your own. and not feel pressured to be a circus acrobat.fabric feels very strong--yet so thin and light--parachute! very supportive and very easy to find balance and maintain. go slow. soawesome. namaste!!!

I was pleasantly surprised how well made this swing is. Installation was a snap because the hubs did all the work while I watched and handed him tools; that's normal, right?. I'm 5'7", 200 pounds, and have had no problems with rips, tears, fraying, broken hardware, etc. after using this for two months now. The parachute material is lightweight. Stitching throughout is superb. I really like the anti-gravity straps that come in three lengths, it really helps when you need to get out of some tricky situations (Umm...I wouldn't call it a pose...more like "Holy-heck-I-shouldn't-have-done-that!). I did have to order hardware from another seller to mount it to my ceiling. The parachute material, as expected, has no stretch at all and is very sturdy.I did have an issue with length on one of the straps, so I reached out to the seller. Phenomenal customer service! The CEO of the company promptly shipped out a new swing and included a beautifully handwritten note. I am very happy with this purchase, the quality of the yoga swing, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone in the market for one.

Overall, product is well made. Could not locate any faulty stitching or fabric. The rope they use is corded, a nylon center with braided nylon sheath. The rope requires to be pre-stretched before its cut and bound. They did not do it so when they cut it with their hot knife, the center core and outer sheath separate by a few inches, requiring you to re-melt the ends, inner and outer layers back together. The carabiners aren't horrible but are not "High Quality." The cut edges are sharp, hinge pins stick out and keep getting caught on the hangers when you adjust, pulling threads and damaging it. I think I will put some of my own quality carabiners on it before its ruined. However, better than the others I have bought in the past and not excessively expensive. Would ultimately recommend this product, with the notes above to fix the rope and replace the carabiners.

The sling is well made and attractive. I have lower back and hip pain. Using this apparatus daily has given me great results for easing pain.

I ordered this Monday 8/19 and it arrived yesterday 8/21 very fast shipping! I also posted a question regarding the product before buying and the seller responded very quickly with the answer to my question. Very nice and professional! The material on this yoga swing is very good quality and sturdy. It comes with several pieces and a sheet that gives you different yoga poses that you can perform. Also has the instructions on what you will need and how to put it up and where you could put it up at. Once my husband gets home I'm going to have him hang it up and get pictures and videos showing it more. I felt it would help my son since he has a lot of sensory and deep pressure issues so I will update here once we get it hung up. It comes with a nice bigger bag to put most of the swing in and then a small bag to put the other pieces, both bags are made very nicely. If you're looking for a very nice, sturdy, yoga swing I would highly recommend this one. Plus the seller has been amazing with answering my question and with shipping. It came very quickly and it was very well packaged.

Beyond loving it! It is a touch of sanity in an insane world! Exercise, sunshine, physical therapy, nature, meditation and yoga! It does not get much better, except for a private beach, of course. I am so sorry because I wrote you a wonderful compliment for your fantastic service of delivering early and satisfaction of customer needs. I paid for and you delivered a super high-quality and durable yoga swing. I did not pay for and you did not deliver any of the hardware that I already have, and I appreciate that. Unfortunately, the daisychains dropped out of the box and rolled under my chair and I did not see them so I left a comment saying that they needed to be replaced. I found the daisychains but could not find the comment to edit it. Please forgive me for the error and feel free to have it removed. Your service and the product is spectacular! Thank You ðŸ™ðŸ»

I was looking for something that would help me stretch my back instead of an inversion table. I found this yoga swing with great reviews.I hang it from a beam in my basement and wow is this ever quality material. Nothing cheap about this product. Super east to install .I redid the knots for the white chords that hang the swing. I shortened the length and doubled up a few knots afterwards.I initially thought it would have limited use but have found full yoga sessions that can be done with the help of this swing. I may finally come closer to doing yoga rather than convenient stretches.Having the swing makes some positions easier than just with a mat. Im glad I got this. If you need to buy one of these it may not be the most expensive but it's definitely of the highest quality .
