If you’re looking for a great, strength building workout, this dance pole is worth consideration. It is easily installed and can be taken down pretty easily too when the space is needed. The pole is put together in pieces to assemble the necessary length from just under 7’ to over 9’. The length works for every ceiling in my house from my low basement ceiling to my standard ceilings. The pole connections are smooth and do not affect its use. The finish is exquisite, so smooth and shiny. The pole itself is super strong, really heavy duty. The pieces are heavy and don’t flex. I like that it can be used both stationary and rotating with a quick changeover between. The workout is challenging and I’m sure will take me months to start mastering skills. Good cardio and great for strength.

Okay the pole is very sturdy yes and a lot heavier than expected. I got it cuz I thought that it would be more safe. I had it professionally installed and although installed it fell from the ceiling even with screws around it to protect it from falling fell on top of me and I broke three ribs. I have not been impressed with this pole. You cannot get your grip on it it is very slick you have to definitely go out and spend money on like hand grip or some sort of powder to be able to hold on to the pole or you're going to slide right off. I have fell off this pole so many times and this last time when it fell on me and it broke three ribs I'm going to have to be looking for a different pole. I'm very disappointed in this. There is just no grip at all on this pole I wouldn't even recommend this. Also after a while the spinner starts catching and stops spinning. I'm just very disgusted that I've broke three ribs from this pole falling with me and it was professionally installed and always tightened I looked after it well like I said do not buy.

We added this to our at home bar/basement. It has been a blast when we have parties or for solo use. It’s easy assembled thanks to the user-friendly design and comes with clear instructions . It has proven its durability as I have twist and turned on it and not been exactly gentle as I use it. It has a 45mm diameter. As a beginner this has been a great size for a perfect grip. Additionally, it features silicone rubber protection, ensuring a secure grip. It is stable and very durable and sturdy- this is extremely important since I am hanging almost upside down at time on it. It is designed to withstand intense, swift movements.

I did screw up the first installation. If it's even a little bit crooked, it will not be secure. But it was super easy to re-install correctly. And if I'd actually used a level the first time I wouldn't have had to do it twice. I hate things that are one-time only. It's easy to clean. Looks nice. Works and spins perfectly. No complaints.

As someone who needed a quick way to practice this pole comes in handy! Easy to assemble and disassemble!

I spent two hours trying to put this thing together only to realize that pole a is defective and that's why the pieces weren't fitting together. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get this resolved, i ended up having to buy another brand

So this pole is amazing. It fit easily in my house. I love the gold color design. Functional & spins well.Pole is slippery. You will need to buy a bottle of grip spray to help with that.The instructions- throw them away & look it up on YouTube. It’s an easier assembly watching someone else do it.
