Drill 4 holes and install the 4 plastic anchors and 2 screws (lower left and upper right,
) provided
Hang the reel on these 2 screws. Slide
down from the larger holes to the smaller end of holes.
Tightly tighten the 2 screws to the mounting

Ok, I can say this...... I can not believe how long I waited to do this.... I always used my Air Hoses, less than I really wanted to, due to the annoying after task, of ROLLING BACK the air supply hose. This I purchased this item,as my own gift for Christmas this year.... I am an older dude, have worked in my farm shops, wood working shop for decades...... and ALWAYS hated to deal with Air Hoses, unless no options were present. I installed this, WOW,, Now i have the 65 foot range. It stays up at ceiling out of way. No connect of disconnect from compressor, Just pull hose, change tool on hose etc....Done.... Then it rewinds, and no issues with the hose . 65 feet of this hose reaches most areas i need in shop.... I can,t believe, I now use this air compressor every day............even though like most my tools are all battery powered....... BUT AIR IS THE ANSWER FOR MANY THINGS...... great product....... READ INSTRUCTIONS... When Pulling out, every revolution you will hear loud CLICKING,, this is the time you gently release your pulling pressure, it Locks in Place.....

1st, After two months of regular use I haven’t experienced and of the hose bulging & leaks that others have mentioned. The unit has performed flawlessly. I first tried a enclosed plastic housing style unit and unfortunately it didn’t hold up (ratchet failure). My shop is45’x30’ and my driveway is the same so a 50’ hose reel would regularly be extended to its limit which would stress the recoil spring but the 65’ model will have 15’ of (overhead) in reserve. This should hopefully put less stress on the spring and a longer life. The spool itself is a resilient polymer material but the entire frame/mount and arm are steel as is the ratchet mechanism. I mounted it 7’ above the floor and the recoil is strong, no problem winding up 50’ of hose in one try. The included (pigtail) hose is aprox 5’ plenty long.My system is set up with a optional regulator air dryer/filter for painting and plasma cutter and the pigtail is long enough to reach the filter and the direct line from the compressor.I rarely ever use the mounting hardware that’s included with anything but the wood screws that came with this are stout and plenty good enough. I looked at dozens of different reels and the features the airzilla offers can’t be found on any other product close to this price. Similarly equipped units with 65’ of hose sell for at least $100 more, that makes the Airzilla the best choice by far.

Got the Reel with the 65Ft hoseðŸ‘It’s been years since I’ve used a air hose with a reel.I haven’t used it a lot!But So Far I haven’t had any air leaks with the hose.The reel I guess is going to take a little more practice to get it to lock. It’s not hard it just needs the right pull. The reel seems to be fairly sturdy for the $119 price I paid.Because a decent 65ft hose is probably $40-55.I like having the reel rather than having the hose laying on the ground for me to Trip over 😆. Can’t say that if I used it almost everyday! How long would it last.Nobody’s knows how long anything you buy will last.Mounting it wasn’t to bad, maybe because my friend did it for Me. 😆😆There’s a picture.Good Luck if you get one.

This is a nice unit and is of good quality. The only thing you need to know is when you are pulling hose out sometimes it is quiet and sometimes it is clicking, you must stop pulling while it is clicking or it will reel it back up but that is how it’s designed and you’ll figure it out. this is a good product for the money, works well.

This reel is heavy duty and worth the purchase. The reel has good resistance to roll back up, but not too much to have to wrangle the hose to pull around. Easy to lock into place every 3 feet or so. Also easy to unlock once ready to reel back into place. Fittings are great with no leakage. I recommend this reel.

Just what I needed in the garage shop. Mounted underneath the workbench so it’s out of the way but very convenient. The 65’ length allows me to extend it out of the garage to air up the mowers and trailer tires as well. I would recommend it!
