I gave this door lever a five-star rating. It was easy to install, work as expected.As one gets older it may become more difficult to turn the doorknobs if you have arthritis. The lever eliminates the need to turn the hand knob so now all you have to do is press down or up on the lever. PROS: The finish matches the decor of my home. The lever action makes it easy to use, even if your hand is wet or oily. Simple drop-in replacement on interior doors of my 1965 home.CONS: None in my experience.

These handles are beautiful and have a solid, heavy duty feel!10 pack arrived with all parts/screws/etc included, nothing missing. The install on most of my interior doors was simple....I had to bore out all of the doors to suit the diameter of the latch, and most of the holes the handles mount through were not located correctly by the untalented carpenters who built my house 75 years ago, so there was a fair amount of carving and chiseling to ensure the new hardware was not impeded by hitting the wood......this extra work was not a reflection on the quality of these handles. A couple of the handles had "sticky" action after installing, with the springs not returning the handles to the home position, but this was caused by me over tightening the two long machine screws that connect the two handles together. I was able to make them work correctly by adjusting the tension on the screws. I learned to tighten them just enough to have the trim plates firmly in contact with the door face on each side, but no more. As others have mentioned, the set screws that hold the handles on are not tight as received, it is necessary to use the included allen wrench to tighten them. I like these handles so much, I have ordered 3 keyed alike locking handles for my exterior doors, and one non-latching dummy handle for a non-latching coat closet door, so all the door handles in my house will match.

These are VERY attractive doorknobs. The construction and finish are top notch, and the price is ample evidence that other manufacturers are ripping us off. There are a couple of things to be aware of, however.First, the corners on the striker and the strike plate are SQUARE; they are NOT radiused. If you are replacing old door hardware that has rounded corners, you may need to use a wood chisel to pare away a bit of material in the corners for this hardware to fit properly in your door and doorframe. Don't be scared, this is very quick and easy even for a complete beginner.Secondly, these door levers benefit from a bit of lubrication. Most of them are fine, but about 1 in 5 stick just a bit when opened, and don't want to close again without encouragement. Use a shot of WD-40 or similar, and wipe off the excess so you don't get oil on your doors.Aside from that, these are perfect. The levers can be removed and swapped, so that the screws on the doorknob can be on whichever side you want. All of the installation hardware is included, and everything is of very high quality.

I was tasked with changing out 12 of my 1984 door latch set. Installation was tricky as the older installation was a slightly smaller plate size and the latch mechanism is about 1 inch longer than the older style so I have been reworking the doors.Any trouble is from teh doors these door set works perfectly and look great.

I ordered 6 Probrico Wave Style Privacy Door Levers Keyless Handles, 10 Probrico Interior Keyless Door Leverset Oil Rubbed Bronze Passage Door Lever Handles, and a Probrico Pack of Two Dummy Door Levers. All were good quality, and I was pleasantly surprised by that. There were no issues with the dummy door levers or the privacy door levers. The issue was that I was missing about half of the connecting screws for the passage door levers. The screw bag had the 4 wood screws for the strike plate and latch/latch plate, but half of them only had 1 (of 2 required - see pic) connecting screws for the levers. After finding this out, I sent a note to the seller through Amazon. They promptly responded (within a day). They said I could purchase the screws locally and that they'd reimburse me for them. I tried to find similar screws but had no luck. I let them know, and they asked how many I needed. I told them I was lacking about 6 screws to finish the job. Instead of sending just the screws, a week later, a box of 5 complete Passage Door Lever Handles arrived. I scavenged the screws I needed to complete my job, and now I have a bunch of spares in case anything should break in the future. Definitely a great customer service experience, which rarely seems to happen nowadays!

I switched out all of my circle handles to these and I’m glad I did. They fit well and work great. I put these on my laundry room and closet doors to match my recently changed door knobs. These feel sturdier than the ones that lock. They were worth the price.

Product came next day and was easy to install. Everything I needed other than the screwdriver was in the box. Replaced door handles from 1979 and the upgrade looks really good
