I feel most belts are too wide for my short torso. This belt is stiff but still flexible enough to mold with the shape of my back. Comfortable/still can breathe when I tightened it and supportive the whole time. I almost forgot about my low back pain during my leg day focus cross fit class.

This is the first weight lifting belt I have ever bought. I got into weight lifting about three years ago, and I squat pretty heavy. My max is 175lbs. I’m 5’2 and 110lbs. My waist is 25†and hips are 36â€.When I saw this product, I thought to myself “omg perfect! It’s pink!†My favorite color! Super cute!I have used it for about five of my workouts ever since it got shipped to my house. It works really well. I adjust it to the tightest fitting. Definitely supports my back while I’m squatting as well as doing deadlifts.I looked at reviews for other weight lifting belts and this one was the best! I would definitely recommend this product to friends and to you as well:)I reached out to the company’s Instagram, and they were nice enough to ship me a free gift of wrist wraps! I am very, very impressed with the sellers communication. Told them, "I measured" but size was huge. They immediately sent out one size smaller which is a perfect fit. Got it in 2 days. Can't ask for better service and the belt is very comfortable. Thank YOU. Took off one star for need to change the measuring directions on the Amazon site.

This is a good quality lifting belt. I bought it because my physician thought it may help toprevent my back pain from getting worse. Unfortunately, it does not. But it would be a greatbelt for weight lifting. My husband actually uses it when he works out.

I bought this best as a backup belt that I can reach for quickly or hand off to a workout partner. It works and the fit is good. My only real complaint is the seams. The fabric is a little stiff and if I wear it against bare skin it's kind of abrasive. Super uncomfortable? No. Super comfortable? No. Functional? Yes. I only wish the seams were better and the strap was slightly wider. But if you're looking for a budget belt or a backup belt then it will work for you.

I purchased this belt about a month ago and just recently started using my belt as I have been lifting heavier. I should’ve tried on the day I received it; it provides wonderful back support but was a bit too tight!I reached out to Pro Fitness customer support and was issued a new one in a matter of hours!! I am now looking forward to my heavy lifting days and the comfort from a belt that actually fits me :-)

Es un producto que me encantó le da muy buen soporte a la espalda. A la hora de cargar mucho peso me da mucha mayor seguridad, lo recomiendo ampliamente! El material con el que está hecho parece muy resistente, lo llevo usando más del mes y no he tenido ningún inconveniente.

No es tan económica pero tampoco es tan cara como otras fajas, sin embargo va muy bien en relación calidad precio, ayuda mucho a la lumbar para cargar más pesado
