How to increase/decrease links？
Installation Step 1
To disconnect a link, remove the rubber boot from the link, then use pliers to squeeze the links together, allowing the other link to slide off.
Installation Step 2
To add more links, use pliers to squeeze the links together again, then slide in the ring end of the link.
Installation Step 3
Make sure the links are properly aligned with the other links, then place the rubber cover back on the links.

I thought she'd never learn, but this worked so quickly! No more pulling from a very high energy, strong-willed 65 lb pit mix. We can both enjoy walks now. Good quality, easy on and off. I felt a bit guilty resorting to this at first, but it really wasnt so bad. Comes with plenty of extra rubber caps for the prongs

Nylon slide belt gets stuck and does not release without me having to loosen it repeatedly. The intent of a prong collar is for the quick jerk and release action to correct your dog (like a mother would correct her pup.); it getting stuck and remaining tight on the dog's neck defeats that purpose. It is heavy duty and otherwise well-made, so I've decided to keep the prong collar and replace the nylon piece with metal chain, which should still make it a prong collar but without the collar locking tight on my dog's neck. I hope this is just a defect with the one I have and not a defect in design because it is a very nice prong collar.

We returned three other collars for various reasons, most having to do with how difficult it was to put on and take off from our high-energy cocker spaniel. This collar finally fit the bill. The latch is under the dog's chin where it belongs, it's metal on metal and works with a light touch (hope it lasts). The leash can stay on the collar, and the fabric slip device moves very smoothly. Maybe some day one of these manufacturers can think of a way to quickly move the tags from one collar to another. Lacking that, this collar is the best choice for us until he grows up.

I liked it.. but when it goes to the small size it doesn’t go back to big by its self. Because of its material it doesn’t go back to big and small by itself so I constantly have to stop my dog from walking and have to fix it myself. But it’s does work well, and I like how it looks.

This collar has helped train my little dog. Of course my dog hates it and he runs away every time he sees me grab it but he does not pull away as much as he used to. He listens and pay more attention now. He also sits every time we stop walking to prevent from pulling. He’s not trying to run up to other dogs as they are walking by, he simply looks at them now.I recommend it for everyone that has an issue with training their dogs to behave. I received so many great compliments from the airport staff the other day on how well behaved he is. That makes me so proud since that was his first flight and it was international.The size is a great fit for his neck. The appearance is a little scary at first but my brother helped me understand the proper way to use it. Once I got the hang of it, it was pretty easy. He didn’t like it at first.He would stop walking completely the first 2 walks we did but he eventually caught on quickly.My baby is 7lb Shih Tzu and he wears a XS. I had to remove some links to get it down to his perfect size. Hope this helps.
