I did not need a neck strap in my younger years when I played in the band in school, as the clarinet is a relatively lightweight instrument. However, now at my age, (I play on my church praise team), I have found this very helpful, as I have begun having issues with my right arm and shoulder, since the right arm bears the weight of the instrument. This has been a real life saver, as it takes the weight off and allows me to play more comfortably without pain and my shoulder and arm giving out on me. And I love the professional grade quality and that you can adjust it. Highly recommend, especially for anyone older like me who wants to continue to play without pain.

Ease of use. I can easily adjust the strap to A or B flat clarinet.Comfort.This is my second strap. The first was a cheaper brand and was a pain to use. Went to trash can.

I recently started developing a little bit of trigger finger in my thumb when playing someone suggested I get a neck strap. This one is excellent. It’s got plenty of padding on the neck part and it has a little bit of a stretch to it. It comes with two different pieces of leather to go over whatever thumb rest you have. It was a little bit difficult on my Selmer privilege due to style of thumb rest but it works, and I recommend this particular product very much

Great fit for my Greaten AP 300 electronic wind instrument! It's nice that it's a hook so I can put it on and take it off easy. It's very comfortable if you're working with an EWI.

I finally got a screw eye added to my thumb rest so I could use a neck strap like this. I was surprised to discover when I got it that it is not at all stretchy. In other words you have to adjust the length exactly right. And adjusting the length is a) a bit of a pain to figure out, and b) does not always stay adjusted.But I have to say that compared to my old stretchy neck strap (whose band was quite wide) it does not get in my way, and if you get the adjustment just right it takes more weight off my thumb than the stretchy one. The stretchy one also, well, stretched out so it was nearly unusable after a time. This one will not do that.

Comfortable, durable, does it's job. The only con is your clarinet really can only be in one angle if you want it to work but otherwise it saved my injured wrist and my playing!!

Aunque el clarinete no es un instrumento muy pesado, llega a molestar soportar todo el peso sobre el pulgar derecho. Este soporte ayuda muchisimo a tocar por periodos largos. El material es resistente y suave al cuello. Me gustó muchisimo!
