The wrong instructions were included for mine. I needed the Spec V but it was for the 350z. Also it says lubricant comes with but mine didn't. Not a major complaint since the mounts fit and work really well. Just needed it to be boxed properly to leave out confusion.

Installation took about 2 hours. Mainly getting the stock mounts out. I used a hacksaw to cut the inner ring, bent up one side, then hammered a small screwdriver under the cut. This splits the ring and releases tension. It can then be hammered out easily. Of course pressing it out is easiest, if you have a press, or take it to a shop.Pressing it in wasn't too bad. Modified a spring compressor using spare pieces of wood and large washers to get the new mounts in.Use lots of grease.

Solid product. Great replacement for worn out mounts. Some added vibrations but good product overall

Good aside from some of the inevitable vibration, installed easy, held up good so far. Really smooths out the shifts.
