Researching my old of styles pruners & how to sharpen led to finding these! Made more sense to grab this new "good / undamaged" set & factory-new sharp blades for precision houseplant cuts! Sharpening old pruners is off my list & I won't miss the old, broken closures! Same day delivery. These both open, close & latch ez & intuitively with 1 hand!!! They are small but perfect for light-duty plants - not trees.

These are very sharp and sturdy. Small enough to be portable and bright green so they are easy to spot in a bag! Great set!

Good for indoor plants. Too small for outdoor gardening. Barely used all Summer

These shears do exactly for what I purchased them to do. The pruner is great for small twigs and thicker stems on plants. The scissor snips are perfect for cutting off flowers and thinner stems. Neither of these are meant for branches but merely twigs and stems! They are exactly what I intended them for and the price is great for their quality. I wouldn't say either is heavy duty but at the very least medium duty. They're definitely not light duty when used for what they are intended.
