Works really well.I suggest sizing up.Especially if you want to wear more than a t-shirt. You would not be comfortable if you wanted to wear anything thicker under it.I ordered a medium- which is what I normally wear and usually have room in it.I tried to exchange for a bigger size but they would not slow me to do so.

This is a super cool heated jacket. It is as described and pictured. I love the heating locations and level of warmth. I only wish that there was heating in the hood area. It is very lightweight, soft, smooth and sleek. It looks very chic and the fit is good. I would definitely recommend for any personal or professional use. This is also a nice winter or gift idea.

Runs small in size but doesn't heat up. Charged the battery pack, plugged into coat and nothing. Won't light up buttons or turn on heat. Very disappointed as temps are in the single digits here this week

I always hate to be cold, so I thought I am probably the type of person who should wear a heated jacket.  This one is very nice looking and quite comfortable.  It is a thin jacket with soft material.  The jacket without the heat is not super warm, but it makes a nice lightweight jacket for a slightly chilly day.  It is easy to get the heat working when you need it.  You can press and hold the button on the outside of the jacket to turn on the heat.  You can then quick tap it to cycle through the different heat settings.  I love that there is a button specifically to turn on the hand warmers as well.  This turns the heat up in the very nicely sized pockets, so you can keep your hands nice and toasty in there. The jacket fits as expected and seems to work pretty well to keep me feeling warmer.  My least favorite part is the light on the button when the heat is on.  I wish there were a way to turn the light off without turning off the heat.  Overall, I am very happy with this jacket and would recommend it to others.

This is a great jacket to have for winter walks outside. You can set the temperature to the highest setting to get warm right away and then turn it down as you warm up on your walk or even shoveling snow. The jacket is lightweight but very warm and the hood helps keep the wind out. Fits very well and makes a great present for people who like to be outside during the colder months. The battery lasts pretty long so you don’t have to worry about your jacket getting cold on a nice long walk.

The jacket is great material well made. However the charger is junk my lasted 3 days max. The coat is true to size and very warm, it's easy to use when you can get the battery charged! Very comfortable coat all around just need to fix the charging device that goes with it in my opinion.
