I am a diesel automotive technician and I use these to take fuel samples and DEF fluid samples. They are a great quality and very durable for a glass. We definitely recommend.

Love the science theme for our bar cart. We have matching shot glasses as well. The thickness and type of glass (borosilicate) helps cool cocktails and dilute them properly. Not only that, using them in the dishwasher (commercial ones too!) have not been a problem for us like those Crystal mixing glasses. We went through so many mixing glasses before switching over to these Pyrex borosilicate ones. Bonus— it fits a Hawthorne strainer perfectly. 10/10 will order again.

I originally bought this as I needed a wide enough container for my All-Clad immersion blender as the head on it is fairly large. The 1L version of this product works perfectly for it. It's been a versatile tool in the kitchen for mixing, blending, measuring, etc. Highly recommend.

I'm very happy with my order. I haven't used the beakers yet, but I have unboxed and washed them. They were well packaged and arrived safe and sound. I find no flaws except for a black fleck in the base of the 250 ml. beaker. Since I'm not experienced with beakers, I don't know if this would mean that one beaker will be more likely to break due to that impurity in the glass, or whether it's purely an aesthetic issue. If I knew for sure it was only an aesthetic flaw, I'd give these five stars, as it's not something that would bother me at all, and the beakers really do appear to be high quality glass. But since I have some apprehension as to whether that one (a size I will definitely use a lot, in addition to the two smallest), I will hold back one star until I have used it for some time or receive feedback to let me know if it's likely to become a problem or not. If anyone reading this review has experience on this issue, I'd love to hear what you think. Thank you!

Grateful I found these. I make diy lotions & potions and have had multiple mason jars break in the middle of warming the oil phases of a recipe. These beakers are relatively inexpensive and are so durable! Gave 1 to my son when I taught him how to make a board butter for his very high end cutting board and several rough (unfinished) wood trim items in his home. He loves the butters but raved about how strong and heat-resistant and measurement-accurate these beakers are.

I'm not a chemist, but I've found these useful for all sorts of liquid measuring tasks.

Do you need to proof some yeast? Maybe extra measuring cup? Or just want as glass of water? This does it all but I don’t recommend really hot drinks if you want to use it for a glass. The beak doesn’t dribble and lip is thin which makes a pleasant drinking experience. Don’t go clanking it against the sink or anything since it most def will break. If I could replace my cups with these I probably would if they were so pricey.Safety first and all that. Don’t store lab ware and kitchen ware for obvious reasons. Oh also they make great mise en place containers for oily ingredients and dairy bc it cleans more easily than say an OXO silicone measuring cup which has a filmy texture and sometimes holds onto soap fragrance even after cleaning thoroughly.

Nice "thinner" pyrex. Thin helps them heat quickly (Pyrex is an insulator).

Arrived well packed and quickly, but the smallest beaker was chipped out of the box. Still useable and no other damage.
