I have used this beaker to handle liquid( milk, oil, juice) as well as flour. Does not hold stain and is sturdy.

I have been incubating yogurt in a Crock Pot using a Boron glass beaker. Unfortunately I broke it. This poly beaker works perfectly.

This plastic beaker is too wide, which causes the scale to be compressed. In addition, it says "approximate volume" on the scale. The scale is not inked, only raised plastic. This item is not useful for measuring.
