I ordered these to attach a mirror to a dresser. They were e the perfect size for the task and the screws were the right length. The bars are heavy and sturdy. These performed exactly as I hoped and would highly recommend them.

As I wrote in another review, these were bought for my Server Storage Closet. (I converted a Book Shelf into a Storage Closet.)I needed to extend the closet another 6 inches out to accommodate all the Server Hardware I have. Though this is still not big enough, it does do the job for now, and with that, I am happy.The attached picture shows the angle brackets in place, and they worked great.

These mending plates are made of (essentially non-magnetic) heavy gauge satin-finished stainless steel. The ends are rounded, there are no sharp edges, and the predrilled mounting holes are countersunk for flush screw application. The latching plastic case contains four mending plates plus Phillips head wood screws; the 9.5" plates I received had eight mounting holes each. These mounting plates will sturdily repair split wood, and multiple mounting plates will support considerable weight.The latching plastic case contains the four mending plates plus loose screws; for shipment the case is contained within a cellophane envelope. The attached photo shows the left side of the case I received apparently was dropped; the case end plastic broke and the cellophane envelope tore. I recovered 30 of 32 screws in the shipping envelope, and I mended the plastic case with packaging tape; a sturdier case is needed. The attached photo also shows that one mending plate I received was countersunk wrong; I can fix this in the shop but the effort should not be required. IMO the broken case (with screw loss) plus the wrong countersink merit minus one star.

Needed to replace a flat plastic handle and this worked perfectly. The edges of the stainless steel bracket and the screwholes were cut smoothly without any burrs or sharp spots. The screw holes were correctly spaced.
