I'd give u 30 stars if I could. So we buy a new house and a new washer and dryer. The dude convinces us to go top load washer. The lid soft closes and all sort of other fun nonsense. We'll the day they install it I wanted to light it on fire. The ugly cabinet above was low enough that the washer lid would hit it and not stay open. These 2 ugly cabinets were crammed into the wall space width wise and a custom size and im not in the market for custom cabinets for my laundry room. The 3rd hand was my only shot to not have to disconnect and move all the appliances, remove cabinets and reinstall them. WORKED LIKE A CHARM as i jacked them about six inches, by myself, in 20 minutes. now I know slimebags buy these, use them once and return them and i suspect i got a return as my box was def not factory sealed, was resealed and looked terrible but thankfully everything was in there. I watched the dudes vids on YouTube and although I was a skeptic at first, im a believer now. I only ask one thing, please send instructions on how you packages these things so I can get the stuff back in the box more easily. Def not as smooth going back in. DONT BUY THE FAKE STUFF. support these dudes. They innovated and really deserve it. Sorry I didn't take pics of the tools in action.

I've been a Contractor 39 years, I know what a good tool is. I LOVE this setup, its quick compacts nicely I did get the carry storage bag also and the added larger feet What comes stock is also very good. I love the design where there is a strong magnet on the top of the pole where you put your plastic. As you hold it at an angle you use their supplied loose washer a and at times you here a snap. Washers sets in the slight recessed are and self aligns so you get a good tight fit/hold. The only gripe I had was its a tad hard to depress the adjacent balls to raise ot lower the poles for roughing in your height. BUT that also means they have strong springs and will last a long time. I also love when you lower or raise the heights they have a line on side of the pole so you can bypass a ball snap spot which makes it very fast to slide the poles to set up and tear down, They are VERY strong in holding power when you pump the handle, meaning a strong fit that bumped wont fall over As a matter of fact to much pump and you'll hear the drywall grown lol My guys love that one person can easily set this up. I also like the fact its keep plastic tight at the ceiling yet you can still have a doorway on one side pulling aside the plastic and then tucking it back behind the pole to seal Great Jobs Great Tool!!and a flat metal waser that after you put your plastic on the pole end then its actually a snap noise when the metal washer conmnects to the top of the polethe palstic to the poleThe only thing thats a little tough is squezing the little balls in to lower or raise the teloscope part Godd news the balls have good springs. lol

I am a DIYer and purchased this tool to assist with installation of crown molding. I had three 16 ft sections of crown to install, plus smaller pieces. The poles came in pristeen condition, packaging was fine. As others have mentioned, there are no instructions except for the photos on the box. The setup is about as easy as it gets, however; one look at the box, and knowing what the tool is for, and you are ready to go. The surface of the articulating feet provide a good grip to the floor and the molding. I didn't realize until I used the first pole that the feet should snap very firmly into place. I thought I had them set up properly until I applied pressure to expand the pole via the handle, at which point the ball-ends of the pole popped loudly and firmly into the articulating feet. Although surprised by that (wondering if I snapped the crown molding), I was happy and ready. The poles were pretty easy to use, which was a blessing. I had visions of swaying on my ladder trying to balance the 16ft crown at the same time as balancing the poles and cranking them into place. Fortunately the poles did not move and the feet stayed firmly in place to allow me to set the crown where I needed and apply pressure. I was thrilled to find the first piece of crown set in place in no time, thanks to the poles. On longer runs like mine, a third pole would likely have been even better to ensure the crown was held firmly in place along the entire length, allowing maximum ease while nailing. This tool made it possible to work alone and do as good a job as possible; I could not have done the job without it.Some reviewers have commented on having difficuly with the ball detents and finding the pre-drilled holes in the pole to place the detents. I had no such trouble, and there is an alignment marker on one side of the hole that, when aligned with the pre-drilled hole, indicates exactly where the detent will be as you expand or contract the pole. If this wasn't there in earlier iterations of the tool, the manufacturer has obviously been paying attention to comments. Further, the set includes a pair of dust cover feet, to erect a dust/ plastic wall.As a DIYer with limited projects, I don't know if the contractor set with 4 poles and various accessories is necessary. A third or even fourth pole would come in handy in a bigger installtion, but I think I would buy a second two-pack in that instance. All in all, an excellent tool and well worth the expense.

I’ve had the opportunity to use them three times since purchase a few weeks ago. I’m pleased with their sturdiness and general function (they perform a simple task - extend outward to hold something in place). My one frustration is with the foot pads on the end of the rods falling of very easily. The rods have a plastic ball shaped end cap and the pads have a molded in socket shape that is supposed to snap onto the ball and articulate. The molding of the plastic is too loose and end caps fall off readily until under pressure. It’s a real frustration when you have everything ready for install, holding a heavy item up with one hand, and when you grab the third hand to support the item, a foot pad just fall off and you have to lower everything back down and all start over. It would be such a simple fix adjusting the injection mold of the pads to stay on better.
