This came nicely packaged and in perfect condition. It fit perfectly in my Beneteau 281 Yanmar engine panel. It was easy to install. It came with a rubber gasket and a nice plug assembly and connectors. I hooked it up to my motorcycles battery for a few weeks before installing it to advance it to my engine's current hours. Good product at a great price.

The face is soft plastic. Came from the seller with a couple nicks and was easy to scratch withy finger nail. Otherwise, easy to install. Correct sizing and nice to have the spinning star and detail minutes.

Has a metal clamp that fits over threaded posts on meter back and is held by nuts, which is similar to OEM meter. Wish I had bought this first, but bought another design with plastic ratchet style hold down which broke during installation. This one worked fine with tight water seal against panel.

Installed. Plugged in. Didn’t work. Checked wiring/ connection, fine. Checked voltage and ground which was fine. Doesn’t not work out of box

I bought a fairly new Suzuki outboard but didn’t come with hour meter. This one plugs into two wires in the wiring harness, very simple one you figure out which wires. Works perfectly.
