The bed itself is great. Looks like the picture and fits the queen mattress well. We've transitioned my toddler from her crib to this bed and she's been in it for about 3 weeks now. She really likes it. It's easy for her to get in and out of. No complaints about the product itself.I left a star off because putting it together was a little rougher than it needed to be. There were several instances where they did not pre-drill holes for the smaller screws. It would have made things a lot easier and the instructions do not state that you need a drill for assembly. It is possible to screw them in manually with a screw driver but it requires a lot of force and I had cramps and blisters when I was finished (our drill battery was dead). So they should either put on their instructions that a drill is needed for assembly or they should just pre-drill the holes for the smaller screws. It would save a lot of hassle if they did so.

My two year old daughter adjusted quickly to this bed. It has been great!She had been attempting to climb out of her crib so we knew it was time to upgrade.She sleeps through the night and can get In and out of the bed at her leisure.Great products so far and should last years

Bought this for my toddler as we frequently sleep with her. The frame is sturdy but the sides only come about 3in above the mattress. I ended up using a bumper to make sure she doesn't fall off the side in her sleep

The support legs do not touch the ground. Missing parts and therefore unable to fully assemble the bed frame. Contacted the seller and they told us to contact Amazon, no help and definitely not trying to resolve the issue. It’s too much work to fit everything back in the box and carry it to a shipping carrier for return.
