This Is a quick way to using a carabiner to secure the lines from my kaya’s bow to the car. They are longer loops than my prior option, which I like, because it keeps the clips further away from the finish of the car.

I use these to anchor that bow of my 15 foot Grumman canoe (~70 pounds) to the hood of my 2023 Chevy Traverse when the canoe is on the roof rack. Very simply pop the hood, emplace the anchors wherever you'd like. Close the hood with the nylon webbing exposed. Pull the web loops taught with the plastic tubing jamming tight. Tie down the canoe. Simple. Appear very strong. Make sure your vehicle hood is secure under load... Work great for me.

It's not the fault of the item, it's the car, just not a solid surface under the hood I would trust for these.Most cars are probably fine.

This is my second set, couldn't find my other ones after moving. Work well with my Subaru for hauling a canoe. Have them on my quad cab pickup too. Highly recommend these anchor straps.

These things work very well on my Subaru Forester which has no tow hooks up front. They close securely in both the hood and the rear hatch as advertised. A nice bit of added safety when hauling items like ladders, canoes and kayaks up top.

I needed to take my Canoe from Toronto to Winnipeg. My Highlander doesn't have any tie-dow spots, and I was at a loss. These solved the problem brilliantly. Easy to install, solid grip, no noticeable stretching or shifting during the 3-day drive. They were as good as a ring welded in place. Definitely the right choice for me.
