It’s a lot more heavy duty than other brands. My last one I’ve had for 8 years and it just started getting cracks in it. I still have it for an outside one.Great product! I will buy again

I like the ability of this dust pan to pick up most every bit of dust and dirt (and scattered cat litter) from wood and tile floors. Other brands have pans that are not as flat and even as this Quickie brand. I stepped on my old one and broke the side panel so ordered another exactly the same. Discovered the old one could be fixed with a little tape, so now I have two.

Good quality. Tall sides to hold in the dirt even as you walk from room to room to empty the dust pan. Brush has comfortable handle with bristles gentle enough not to damage hardwood, but firm enough to be effective.

Brush is quality but the pan itself you can almost see through the plastic. Broke pretty much before I even got a chance to use it.

I have an older Quickie dust pan and hand broom. They are literally the Maybachs of dustpans and hand brooms. The dust pan in my existing ones are deep and wide with a great rubber "runway" that accepted everything and nothing getting left behind or lost under it's lip and the hand broom was thick and sufficiently dense. In two swipes you could have all of your rubbish up into the pan. Originally I purchased these at Home Depot and have several of them. With time the rubber on the pans has worn but the brushes are still so awesome. I decided to get replacements and went on Amazon and saw the exact model to the ones I currently own in a picture on this seller's site. Except what arrived is a poor and pale comparison to the ones I have. These dustpans are narrow and the plastic is cheap. The hand brushes are garbage. Flimsy heads are pretty sparse, so I can stick a finger through the brush heads and very floppy so the bristles bend to extreme angles. Clearly the item is not as shown. I am not sure why companies such as Quickie go away from good products and produce this junk. I am sure it is to maximize profits by having consumers purchase more frequently. This to me is a disservice. Along with sellers on this site and elsewhere who show a picture of one thing but are selling something else. I see I will have to make what I have last and give up on Amazon holding sellers accountable for what they are displaying.

The Dust Pan set has a very thick brush with soft bristles. The pan has a rubber edge which prevents swept debris from getting under the pan. I use it to clean up litter that has spilled from my cat's litter box and it does an excellent job.

I had hoped for some improvements over the decades. The bristles are ok but I was expecting them to be more soft and dense. Sweeps up about 70% in the first sweep. Base of pan is ok-could be a little thinner and lower to help in the efficiency of clean up. I won't buy a dust pan again unless I can see and touch it in a store. My recent issue was that I visited three stores and all of them were sold out of dustpans.

I bought it for the dustpan since I used one at my sister’s house. It is the best dustpan. It allows all the little bits into the pan, not in front or under. I really like the small little hand broom. It is great for the area around the cat’s food bowl and litter box.
