Durch meine Glutenunverträglichkeit backe ich mein Brot selbst und ich liebe diesen Topf. Mein Brot wird hervorragend. Wenn man mit Weizenmehl backt, dann wird es sogar so knusprig wie aus dem Brotbackofen. Toll 👍🏼

Bester Brotbacktopf den ich je hatte , hatte vorher einen aus der Lafer -Kollektion, aber dieser hier ist tatsächlich besser

Den Römer Topf haben wir erst 5 mal benutzt und schon kaputt. Wenn ich bedenke das der Topf nicht gerade günstig war. Eine sehr schlechte Bilanz deshalb keine Empfehlung.
