The radiator cap is rated about 18 PSI minimum and maximum is 22 PSI. I tested with a pump for radiator caps and it held to 17.5 PSI when it started to leak...cold temperature. It works for my small block Chevy which takes on average of 16-18 PSI. I would buy again if need be. No issues.
