Arrived when promised and delivery was followed as instructed.It was the perfect gift for whom it was gifted but an item was not in the box as listed. It was the rest for the sticks. Amazon was contacted in the support center bc writing to the seller sent me to Amazon support. After having that person repeat herself a couple of times I was instructed to send the item back for an entire replacement. There was no time for this. I would have liked to communicate with the seller themselves.The sound of the drum was beautiful and easy to learn songs that came in the book.This makes a very charming gift for those who enjoy musical instruments of all sorts.
