Firstly, it should be noted that this is just the filter. The inner metal screen has to be removed from your old filter and installed in this one. It just slips in and out...with a little persuasion. The hose clamp will not hold it on without the inner metal screen. I mention this because I read comments of people saying it just falls off. That is why. It worked perfect for me in every other aspect. No complaints and 5 stats from me.

Came with no instructions, but be sure to re-use the inner metal part of your old filter. This keeps it from collapsing on itself. It takes some coaxing, but it will fit.

The material itself is accable HOWEVER, the band where you mount it is much to small to provide an adequate grip, it works but I have to check it frequently to make sure it didn't fall off. IT's just much to small a grip area for my Honda Forester. I would not recommend buying this.
