My baby rat hangs out with me all day, and i wanted something he could escape too when he is done. He loves this, there is a seperate cushion inside and he will take it out and make his own nest. It is perfect for him to feel secure in, but not so big that he gets lost. Highly recommend. The nose is plastic and he has tried to bite at it, so I would just monitor this if your baby nibbles like mine.

This little house looks perfect in the picture, just like a little house with a nice opening. The reality is, it doesn't stand up like that. It's always somewhat collapsed. The opening is almost closed unless you squeeze the sides or hold it up. I bought this for my little bird who generally likes this but doesn't go inside unless the opening is fully open, which means he can't use it unless we are right there to help him, and that defeats the purpose. Otherwise it's soft and cozy.

My robo hamster liked it right away. He chewed on it for a bit then jumped inside and did a few circles. I hope he decides to sleep in it. Would buy again. Thanks

It is very cute and soft but my Syrian hamster ate right through it in one night- it was not boredom because she has 2 large connected cages, burrowing areas, chew toys, a wheel, etc. we got this because it was adorable and thought it would be cozy for her- big mistake

We bought this for our little pet mouse, Pipsqueak and she absolutely LOVES it. Most days this is her first choice of a place to hunker down and sleep. It is spacious and allows for her to stuff it full of bedding and nesting material to her liking. I have not experienced any issues with the quality (no loose threads or rips of any type), and it does seem to hold it shape quite well. My mouse is happy, so I am happy :)
