This Spindle works great, it spins up fast and at 12V it is able to cut wood and low profile cuts, however it is not going at the top RMP. Make sure to use 24V if you want to go at the rated 20,000 RPM. The collet works perfect with my tool bits.

I’ve had this for roughly 6 months or so, and don’t get me wrong. It’s definitely an upgrade for it price and it works although using ramp up in G code to get to 20 K it becomes very loud and rattles a lot right around 12,000 and up. i’m sure it’s the call it or something like that being unbalanced.

This thing vibrated something terrible. I could only run it for a few seconds before I had to shut it down. I've never seen anything like this little motor. I don't know if all of them are like this but I just can't recommend it to anyone.

My original motor burned up due a code error that plunged the bit into the table. This kit replaced my OEM motor. Be sure to use the supplied power wires. My original motor connectors did not fit.

This motor was a drop in replacement for a cheap mill/engraver. It had too much runout to be usable when first tested (about 0.5 mm). The issue turned out to be caused by the supplied collet and/or nut. Worked well after I replaced them with better ones. Very loud at higher speeds.

Ordered this motor to update my Vevor 3018. What a waste. The motor had rust on the shaft, did not include the chuck, and was not operable. Ordered a replacement and that wasn't much better. Bearings were stiff, and the motor sounded like it was going to implode. Not even worth the hassle to replace it...again. Does anyone bother to test these?

accidentally ordered 2, good thing because one was locked up. I gave it to a friend and he got it working, may have just been the collet was too low and locked against the body. The other one fired up just fine but I haven't built anything with it yet.
