I love my Razer products. Yea often times you’re paying more for what you get, but I’ve sat in secretlab chairs before and I find the Razer Enki X almost as comfortable. The frame and wheels are super sturdy and solid metal, so I won’t expect that to be the first thing that breaks on this. It’s got all your typical adjustment settings, and the cushions, while thicker than Amazon chair, don’t seem as thick as SecretLab, which isn’t a bad thing, necessarily. Assembly instructions were super easy to follow, but the chair is heavy, so it was a little difficult to do it on my own.

First time I sat in this chair was at Best Buy. I instantly fell in love with it. Came home found it on Amazon and had to have it. Well i was correct. The packaging is some of the best I have ever seen. The build took 10 min. tops. I am used to executive chairs so this is a bit different for me in terms of how the seating position is etc. however it is a very very comfortable chair. I would recommend to anyone.

Needed a new gaming chair, and looked this particular one up which had great written/video reviews. Was a little disappointed in how long it took to get it, but now that I'm sitting in it, it was worth the wait. I give it a 5-star because packaging, assembly and product as a whole is top notch in my opinion. Hope this review helps.Packaging: This chair comes somewhat pre-assembled in the box, and comes with the tool needed to put it together; no additional tools needed. When you open the box, there are a set of gloves provided immediately for putting the chair together and definitely helps prevent any paper/cardboard cuts.Assembly: Recommendation is 2 people to put this together, but even on my own I barely had any problem. I struggled slightly with connecting the top (back) and bottom (seat) halves with the screws since I soloed it, but other than that had no issues assembling it by myself. You can look up video instructions if you prefer, but it comes with a huge instruction print out making assembly go smoothly.Product: The chair is super comfortable at least to my standards. Would definitely buy this chair again in the future. I'm considering getting another one, but maybe in a different color this time.Weird Experience with Shipping: I ordered this chair on 2 Dec 24 when it still had a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale price tag. It said it was out of stock and I would be notified and the chair would be shipped when it was available again. About a week or 2 after that, I had a notification that it was in stock and I would receive it between 9 - 29 Jan 25. However, my friend was looking for a new gaming chair and I suggested this one. He popped on Amazon, found this exact chair for the same sale price and ordered it on 20 Dec 24. He got his on 29 Dec 24 before me. Not sure why I got skipped in the queue for a chair and had to wait for it to arrive on 9 Jan 25. Small inconvenience and weird how that worked out, but just thought I share in case this happens/happened to anyone else.

Coming from office chairs thinking they were better, I was surprised. It's a little stiff at first, but a lot of pain from my butt and back went away that my previous chair caused. It gets a little creaky once it's broken in, but you'll probably have your headphones on anyway

Well packed lots of foam & cardboard to protect during shipping. Easy to assemble, there's a large instruction sheet with pictures, no manual to read through. Almost all the bolts are inserted where you need to assemble them, so you don't have a bag of bolts to search through. Comes with the only tool you'll need for assembly (other than a utility knife to open the box). The chair itself is comfortable and sturdy. Like this better than my office chairs that have cost 4-5 times as much.

I have used this product for 9 months. The original setup process was easy enough for a gaming chair and took around 15 minutes to fully construct the chair. The chair is comfortable, has several adjustments(except lumbar), and is easy to clean.
