I opened the box which included everything I needed including cables, bolts, brackets, etc. Quick, easy install and ten minutes later, I am watching TV. To address many of the negative reviews.....KNOW WHAT YOU NEED!!!!! Its not the products fault that it doesnt work with your equipment that is from a different era! If you need the slimline with the multi head, this is for you.

It has all the mounting brackets and wires. The only thing it didn’t have is the power inserter which I don’t think everyone needs. I plugged it in and aimed it and it works good. The only negative is you have to email for the directions. The box says that is to reduce waste but they could reduce the boxing and include instructions with less waste. Pretty quick and easy to rail and get the instructions back though.

The system works perfectly for the tri-pod set up I have for my rv. My previous dish had been damaged /dented because it had been mounted on a tri-pod and it had been blown over several times. The dents apparently changed the shape of the dish to the point that it wasn't focusing the signal to the receiving element. The new dish solved that issue, and beefing up the portable tri-pod solved the blow-over problem.

The cables were not included in the package as advertised. I contacted Phat and was told their "shipping camera" showed the cables included in the package. Phat is unwilling to take responsibility for a shipping error. There are no assembly instructions included either.

Directv sold off to ATT. I live in an Apartment building .The dish on the roof went bad. ATT won't fix it. This dish was the answer to my problem . It was easy to set up and align. Now my dish is easy to get to on my deck. No waiting for a service call to realign it. Love this setup

I assembled this correctly with no included instructions. Assembly seemed obvious to me because I already had another dish and knew what it should look like, but instructions would help some people. Seems well built and works well. I have an hr24/100 receiver and swm power injector bought from amazon: "Directv 21 Volt Power Inserter For SWM Integrated LNB (2 pack)"Comes with simple, short straight 2" diameter mounting pole. I had hoped to use an old directv mounting pole but it was a smaller diameter and made too loose a connection. The included pole and surface mount was likely intended to be mounted on a horizontal surface like a deck rail.Although I won't use it in the final installationm a short, flat coax section was included that can be passed easily between a window and frame while the window is closed. I used it temporarily while I made antenna pointing adjustments with the tv and receiver in sight through the window.

Had no instructions. Went to youtube and after that, had no problems.
