Pine Wood Veneer Edge Banding
ebpsneer Pine Wood Veneer Edge Banding is made of real pine wood, it is easy to process and apply to different project.
Our wood veneer is pre-glued with hot melt adhesive that provide a strong bond, it also can be remove and reheat.
The glue is activated by heat and will strongly apply this veneer edging onto your shelf, furniture,cabinet,plywood,MDF,partical board,OBS board or wooden DIY project.
It's easy to use,just apply it to the furniture edging and iron on with a household iron.
Size 1: 2" x 50'( W50mm-L15m)
Size 2: 3/4”×50’ (W19mm-L15m)
Size 3: 7/8”×50’ (W22mm-L15m)
Size 4: 1/2”×50’ (W13mm-L15m)
Size 5: 1-1/2”×26’ (W3.8mm-L8m)
How to Apply for Furniture
Wood edge banding roll can be applied with an iron, hot air blower or it can be applied with an edgebander machine. Trimming and sanding as required after the glue turning dry.
Use a steam iron or dry iron,Do not use steam with water, dry heat is required.
Switch to "Fleece" or similar gear, then hold for about 3 seconds and move forward(Don't press it too long, otherwise it will burn the edges).Before operation, try for a short period to master the method. If the hot melt adhesive does not melt or burns the edges, please adjust the pressing time or gear appropriately.
Simply use household iron, hairdryer with hot wind or edge banding machine to attach. Trimming and sanding as required after the glue turning dry.

You make no mention as to if the veneer can be stained once applied. Fact is it is too thin to stain. Wood stain soaks too deeply into the veneer, turning it black. Can’t even see the wood grain through the stain because it is so dark.
