I had bought a 2007 honda recon that would not idel to save its life. Previously owner said it had a cold start but drove fine if you gave it gas which was true. I tried many times to adjust idel screw or accerator cabel with no luck. I bought this carburetor kit and filters and began changing them out. All the parts fit perfect and had no problems. The four wheeler pured like a kitten after the parts were changed out. Save yourself time and frustration and buy this carburetor kit.

Our Recon 250 was running rough and struggled to stay running at idle with efforts to clean existing carburetor unsuccessful. The fit and finish were perfect however I would agree with other reviews of the one nipple being short where a hose attaches, no reason why the manufacturer can’t make it sufficiently long. Installed the replacement carb it the ATV runs perfectly, easily starts, idles nicely and accelerates to top speed with no sputtering.

Fit my 250 recon perfectly. Fuel line and filter don’t work, it just kept leaking but everything else in the kit was great

Installed the carburetor but the gas was coming out from the overflow line. Had to remove the bottom cover and unstuck the float. Other than that, carburetor worked great.

After complete installation, the machine started great. But within 20 minutes of sitting I had a puddle of gas on the floor. The float is stuck in the brand new carburetor and gas just continue to flow into the carburetor and coming out the overflow.
