- Made in China- Decently thick bag but can't be resealedI use this to make my own oxygen absorbers. Given the state of things these days, prepping has apparently become a lot more widespread, plus the gov't supply chain choke, so my few trusted suppliers are always out. I won't buy oxyabs from just anyone so making my own seemed more reliable.This size strand is perfect. It rusts quickly, which is what an oxyab needs to do to eat the oxygen.There is dust in handling these but that should be expected for this size strand.I would have appreciated a resealable bag but it's not a huge deal.They can be cut with a sturdy pair of scissors. 0000 steel wool is of good quality. Once in a while you get a strand that is oversize and poses a risk of scratching but in my experience they are far and few between and you can easily spot the anomalous strand and remove it. Good price on bulk

Use it for furniture refinishing and to stuff in cracks to.keep mice out. Was a good sized full bag of fine steel wool. Good product
