I like this pan a lot. Sometimes I want to make the water/butter mix to coat my veggies, which is why I got this small pan with lid. I really like it.

and metal utensils are a definite no-no as is true with many non stick surfaces. I'm very careful when stirring with a small metal spoon but still left scratches.Perfect for my frequent one egg plus veg breakfasts. Size of finished product just fits an english muffin!Cleans easily but should only be done by hand. Biggest flaw is it's NOT dishwasher safe, even on top shelf.NOTE: even though I was months beyond return period, vendor refunded purchase price because dishwasher caused damage despite product description's claim it wouldn't.Because of that response I did not change rating. A very useful pan if treated tenderly.

This is a good pan but the hole in the lid for the handle was too big. I had to get a screw that would fit the handle with a bigger head. took off 1 star for that. The reason I bought this pan was to get one with a lid.

Unfortunately the non stick coating began to peel off after only a few uses. I paid the higher price hoping for high quality but this is not the case. it is a poorly made light and flimsy product. Amazon returns worked well. Thank you.
