So simple yet so perfect! Just plug it in and place the switch where it’s most convenient to reach and your done. Nothing to it yet so much better than remotes that lay around on the table or in the drawer until you can’t find it and it’s useless again. Ordered one for each chair/table where my husband and I both sit and we love them.

Was just what I wanted- I use it to control a shop vacuum from 20' in the next room. Worked for a month now, very pleased. This morning, came home from appointment and the vacuum was running- no one around. Turned on by itself. Vac is not designed for continuous run, if it runs all night, might overheat and hopefully pop a breaker. If it doesn't...... I'm going to watch it, see if it happens again. I will update.UPDATE- Seller contacted me and asked if I wanted a refund, that's pretty good service. I declined that offer. The switch has been operating perfectly well for the last 2 weeks, no more complaints. I will probably buy another one for a different application, when it's in the right place, it is one handy switch. Saved me a lot of wiring. Back to 5 stars.

It works well, no problem. I haven’t tried putting it on the wall, so I can’t talk about how well it stays, but the remote function works fine, and it feels like a sturdy device

I just rearranged a bedroom and was not able to put a lamp where it would turn in with the wall switch as I entered the room. Ordered this, plugged the lamp into the plug and plugged that into a wall outlet. Stuck the light switch on the wall with the adhesive patches and the light turned on and off immediately. It’s pre-programmed to work instantly. We have purchased other things similar for light bulb sockets and they seemed cheap. This one was nicely made and sturdy. I only wish I would have bought the one with two switches instead of one. I would have liked a switch at the door to the room and on my bedside table.Already looking for other places we could use these so I can buy more.

We installed plug-in under cabinet light units in our kitchen. The electric box is on top of the upper cabinets, so this remote switch was the perfect solution. Would purchase again.
