Installation was a breeze! lol. Very solid product. East to install. Quiet. Just make sure you have and outlet inside your fireplace to plug this into. The price was fantastic too.

I got the first one, the adjusting knob for the fan was broken. in the instruction it says attach the fan with the wing nut and lock washer provided, it didn't come with one. then I ordered another one no wing nut in the second one. The Amazon description page leads you to believe that anybody can install this blower. The installation instructions say different. They tell you that it's a contractor replacement kit and it's intended to be installed by a qualified technician.

Missing the wing but and lock washer. Instructions were very poor…very blurry. A little on the noisy side. But does work well.
