The key is to make sure you order the correct hose. 150259 is for pull down hoses only not pullout. I have a 2013 Moen Brantford faucet and this hose was a perfect fit. moen has good info on their website about how to disconnect the quick connect and good instructions on install. Have a small bowl ready for some water to come out of the hose. And everything starts from the spout. Pull out from spout and put new hose in from spout. I like that this replacement hose has a brass coupler on end just like the original hose I'm replacing. Snap the weight on a few inches above the bottom curve in hose and that’s it. No leaks and pullout hose is working great. Of course don't know about durability but hose seems well made.

My pull down moen kitchen faucet was leaking from the crimped end connected to the sprayer. Order hose from Amazon, Amazon delivered, 10 minutes I'm back to cleaning dishes. That 10 minutes included cleaning the cabinet out and putting back. I love it when a small project goes right. The hose was an exact fit and length. Works as it should. 👍👍

The real value of this item will be how long it lasts and I am hoping that will be years so this rating is only based on the fit and initial quality. I had never had a hose like this break so I expected an infinite lifetime for an expensive Moen faucet. A surprise. The original only lasted three years and it seems this is typical. Moen does have a lifetime warranty on most faucets and they are sending me the part but it takes 15 days and I had an immediate problem. Not here yet. Amazon delivered immediately. I'll have the Moen replacement hose as a backup since I now know these things break.One thing I noticed when installing was that the plumber who did the initial installation had not been careful in routing the water lines and the weight on the hose would hit the cold water line when the hose was extended. One just felt a slight tug and it was hardly noticeable and we always ignored it. But the hose was leaking precisely in the length inside the weight. Not sure if this contributed to the hose failure at that spot but upon reinstalling I made sure to move the cold water line so this did not occur with the new hose. Just taking all precautions. It was probably not the issue as reading the reviews here I see the original hoses leak from all sorts of places and not just from the weight.We'll see what kind of mileage we get with the replacement hose. In my dreams the purported greater strength and my brilliant rerouting of the cold water line will mean I will never have this problem again. But I am keeping a small bucket below the faucet just the same. A small amount of water can do so much harm to the wood cabinet! But who is gonna be checking the bucket back there in the dark? How often? I'm gonna look into getting a sensor for detecting water leaks. I saw they exist in a quick look the other day. Have to find the time to research it. Put it in the bucket. It makes a noise and/or activates an app on your phone.This does not bring any instructions and the pictures (no explanation) in their display on Amazon are not much help. It's not hard at all and I had no problems but it's good to know to expect the small amount of water in the old hose will drip out so put something below to catch it. The only difference with the geometry of the Moen original hose is that the connector to the actual faucet does not have the shape that accommodates the use of a wrench to tighten it. However, that is no problem because finger tight makes a good connection. The connector fit well into the neck just like the original. Of course, you have to make sure this is the number of the hose that is the correct part for your faucet. The Moen website can help with that. Moen 150259 is the part number for the hose.A suggestion when uninstalling the old hose. Make sure you don't lose any of the small parts that are inside the faucetand/or hose connector.

This is a perfect replacement for Moen pull down faucet. It took me about 10 minutes to swap out and looks exactly like the OEM.

Bought this to replace a Moen pull down hose, and it appears to work great. It costs less than the Moen official replacement hose, and has a brass fitting at the end, which my original had. Unfortunately, the Moen official replacements now have a plastic fitting. Everything fit to perfection, including the original weight (not included here.) I can’t speak to longevity, but the build seems solid. Recommended.

Like many reviewers, my OEM sprayer hose started leaking after about 8 years of daily use, badly enough that I didn’t want to wait for a free lifetime warranty replacement to arrive from Moen. This item would arrive next day for half the cost.The length and fittings on both ends appeared identical to the Moen original and this hose installed easily the first time. It wasn’t until we started using it that we realized that the outside diameter/contours were slightly larger and the sprayer head can’t retract fully into the filler neck. (See photo).Took off one star for that reason, and for not disclosing it in the listing. We decided to live with this flaw - but wouldn’t have ordered this item if we knew in advance it wasn’t the same as the OEM.

This hose was used to replace a Moen line on a kitchen faucet from 7 years ago.As far as I can tell, this appears to be a better quality hose than the OEM one and was easy to install.We'll see how it holds up. So far, so good.

I replaced a Moen faucet hose on a faucet originally from Costco. Over a couple of years, the ball joint that attached the hose to the faucet head wore out, and the head could pop off when tipping it to spray at a different angle. This hose was cheaper and available much quicker than the manufacturer's part. Installation was easy and quick, and so far, (30 days or so) it's working as expected. If it lasts at least as long as the original, I'd say it's a good value.
