I use these specifically for sleep, every night. Once they're in, they don't budge.Noise cancellation is superb, with 3 rings on each bud, they do more than any other pair I've owned, even those used while chopping wood with the chain saw running at wide open.The fit is seamless, and once in, I forget they're there, and accommodate different ear types and sizes; composed of very soft, skin-friendly materials. Washable.At 2 for $10, they easily compete with the best, and are extremely affordable; I won't settle for anything but these, now that I know how awesome they are. Very well thought out and engineered product.

I've got big ear holes (a problem with ear buds) but these plugs stay in and keep the water out. They are super soft and don't hurt, are easy to put in and with tiny handles easy to take out.I always wear them under my swim cap to ensure they stay in place but I don't think it's necessary.Nose pinch was an added bonus.

Fits nicely into the ear without hurting! Very comfortable and do a wonderful job of keeping water out! Love that they come in a little case, two sets of ear plugs and a bonus nose plug!

These ear plugs absolutely blew me away. They are easy to put in and are very very comfortable. I have very small ear canals but these fit great. The other reviewers that talk about them feeling like they may fall out make sense if those reviewers don’t use a swim cap. You definitely have to use a cap if you want these to stay in place. With a cap on, these plugs are not moving!I am so happy with my purchase and will be saved from swimmer’s ear! Highly recommend!

The nose piece slides off and the ear pieces are no better fit than your standard ear plugs which you can get a lot more than 2 pairs of this price.

Out of many I have try this was the most soft and reliable. It seals your ear pretty good.
