Works great on my 2014 Ford Explorer. The factory ones are glued in and start spinning after some time, rendering them useless. Need to remove them and put these in.

I initially thought these might be a bit too big for my purpose as I needed an insert for an elliptical crank arm that holds the outer plastic cover in place, which was not supplied by the manufacturer when I purposed a replacement crank arm. That same manufacturer, who I will name NT, charges 3 bucks for one small insert and won’t ship unless you get more, whereas this set of 50 is less than 10. As I indicated, I thought these were going to be slightly too big and not work for my purpose, but a squeeze with a set of pliers and this locked into place into the crank arm and looked like it belonged there. I attached the outer cover with a screw and it worked like a charm. The quality of the inserts seems to be good and can work for a variety of uses. I used a standard screw for metal and had no issues, or at least, none so far.4 stars
