If you've ever worked with regular, rolled parchment paper, you know the nightmare of trying to cut off a piece and try to get it to lay flat for use. When we camp, we make hobo packs where we lay out a piece of aluminum foil, line it with parchment, fill with meats, veggies, seasonings, close up and put over coals. Prior to finding these stay-flat parchment papers, it was a mini nightmare getting the parchment flat enough to proceed. These really are very handy! Very satisifed with this discovery and purchase.

I use this in a cookie sheet when baking bacon. Much less messy than cooking on the stove with very consistent results. Bake at 400-425 for 6-12 minutes to your preference of crispiness. (Keep an eye on it as it cooks very quickly!)Clean-up is breeze with Reynolds Parchment Paper. I’ve tried other brands but the grease just soaks through and doesn’t work. With Reynolds Parchment Paper, I just let the grease cool down from a liquid to a solid. Remove the paper with the solid grease, dispose of as preferred and put the cookie sheet back in the cupboard. Voila!

Best "parchment paper" that's Sold on the market. And it never disappointments! It is a little overpriced but it is definitely still worth buying.

I use these mainly for baking. Line the sheet with parchment paper and there’s no messy pan. Sometimes I can reuse them as they cool down.I also use these for pounding chicken. No mess to clean up.Excellent parchment paper!

Much too expensive for something that is just a roll of coated paper. Works ok in a wet palette

Excellent product. I used for cake baking it came clear and nice. Also, the markings on sheet are quite helpful so that we can easily cut the paper.
