I returned the wrist support a little to small and felt warm when used, a size chart might have helped for a better fit not sure if it would have been more comfortable.

Love this product this is the second one I’ve gotten. Having all leather makes my hand doesn’t get hot or sweat.

XL is no longer XL.I had one of these for a few years. Was wonderful. XL, fit well.They've added some padding to it, but did not extend the straps to compensate for the thicker material. So, my previous one fit well. But... the velcro straps on the new one barely reach and due to this, will not stay attached.Picture attached. The brown one is my existing one. The black one is the new one.

I'm a forever beginner in bowling, but once in a while I love participating in a friendly game. A friend recommended that I get one of these if I want to be able to use a heavier ball without hurting my wrist. It really makes a difference! I was able to use a heavier ball, score a little higher, and have better positioning of my hand and wrist. Better yet, at the end of the game my wrist was pain free! Even if you are not a regular bowler, I think this is a good investment in keeping your wrist from injury. If you do play regularly, then I think this is a must.
