This Roman chair is sturdy, comfortable, and easy to adjust. The height and angle settings help me find the perfect position, and it feels secure during back extensions, core work, hamstring, and glute exercises. I’ve noticed a real difference in my lower back and glute strength since using it. The padding is comfortable, and the foot pads keep me stable. Assembly was quick (about 30 minutes), and it doesn’t take up much space. It’s a great addition to my home gym, making my workouts more effective.

Update: The company made this right. I would have given a five-star review but for the missing pieces and no way to contact support. They reached out to me when I gave the original 3-star review and sent the missing pieces.The product did not have the foot booms and was missing a nut and washer. I found another missing bolt and washer loose in the carton, everything else was secured in a small box. The only identification in the carton was a packing list with NO logo, name, or contact information from mfg. Just list of parts included and 3-step assembly instructions. The only identification on the product page is "Manufacturer: SUCXDZQ" and a UPC code: 768492071006.My mistake was putting it together without checking to see if all the parts were there. Rather than disassembling it and packing it up for return, I ordered some ankle pads and a 12" x 3/4" OD pipe. I'll go to the hardware store and get the washer and nut that was missing. Otherwise a good product, too bad I cannot recommend it or give a better review.On a positive note, some reviews suggest this is not good for people over 6' tall. I am 6' 4" tall, 285 lbs and it is sturdy enough for me even without the handles and foot booms. It needs to be extended correctly for your height.

Received item on time and all parts were in box. Item has a nice paint job. Evidently whoever welded it together needed glasses and a level. Per the picture I’ve attached the top bracket that the pads attached to was uneven. I was able to beat it with a hammer and bend it just enough to get the pads to screw in. Luckily didn’t break the weld. Once assembled, even though the pads aren’t exactly even, it works very well. I weigh 180 lbs and it was plenty sturdy for me. I wouldn’t suggest using it if much heavier than 225. The welds are not heavy duty. For the money it’s good enough.

Product was packaged with essentially no protection. The paint is very cheap and has been significantly damaged such that unless I cover all of the damaged areas which are numerous they will continue chipping fairly easily. Also the instructions seem to list hardware that has been replaced. The pictured hardware are machine screws not bolts. Going to put it all together and see how it works but for an already cheap product that has a small feature that makes it stand out from the competition a small expense increase for better packaging would have gone a long way. Now I have to modify this "new" product.I was considering not returning it and then when I removed one of the pieces from its bag paint flakes shot out at my face. Now I have to disassemble it and repackage it lol. The brand name really says it all I suppose.In case you do decide to purchase this and don't understand the hardware: the nuts with the rubber inside of them require force to tighten and it is difficult with the supplied tools. Noticed other reviewers didn't seem familiar with this type of nut and thought they were defective. Also you may get machine screws instead of bolts. I got an Allen wrench but no supplied screwdriver. I have my own tools, but even if you didn't it says a lot about the manufacturers quality.I understand the "you get what you pay for" mentality a lot of people have, and I cant say for certain if this is a problem with amazon (repackaging a return) or the manufacturer. On the other hand, I'm not sure if I would even accept this level of quality from a free product given that I will now have to vacuum up tiny shards of paint and am lucky to not have them in my eyes.

Not the best quality, metal is a little warped and cushions are cheap but for the price it does the trick! Doesn’t move when in use, may add some rubber grip to the foot rests.

The pictures make it look sturdier. The welds are pathetic and not one part of the equipment was straight. The frame is so crooked and welds are half missing in some areas. I am 200lbs and feel like it will eventually break. I mean It works but I can’t see it lasting very long. Overall quality is very low.

Unfortunately, this Roman chair was nothing short of disappointing. I am not certain if it was previously returned and sold as an open package (if this is the case it was not disclosed in the product description). The packaging appeared externally to have been resealed, the zap straps were previously cut and the plastic wrapping was only covering some pieces of the product while other pieces of plastic were strewn throughout the box. One of the cushions has a rip in it, one of the metal leafs is bent and there are several scratches and dents. The equipment itself is quite flimsy but would potentially work for particularly petite individuals. We are returning the product within hours of receiving it.
