These work really good for Thai and chicken legs up and chicken wings, I’ve also used it on turkeys. It’s the only way to go.

For whatever reason I decided that I'd bone out my turkey for Thanksgiving, stuff it, and make a turkey roulade. I have butcher twine but my still at butchers knots leaves something to be desired, so I bought this in the hopes it would solve my problem. It did. Very easy to use, held the roulade in place, and it came out looking beautiful.Now I'll go back to practicing my butchers knots.

I like these because they come pre tied and makes it easy to use even with the smaller Cornish hen.

In my Convection Oven. I have toale sure that the chicken legs etc...are nicely wrapped so I can use the rotisserie part. Also, much needed to use on other meats and for cheese wrapped with salami etc... nice to have on hand! Quick Shipping!

I use these ties to secure post roasts and the like. I started re-using the ones you get from the roasts at the supermarket but wasn’t able to get them clean enough to use. Glad I found these.

After dealing with twine when trussing chicken for the rotisserie, I needed something to make things easier. These made it so much easier and quicker to get the chicken ready. They definitely hold up well and come off intact after cooking. Highly recommended.

Because I do not like my food to sit in a pool of grease, I do not roast, but rather use a rotisserie whenever possible. Elastic twines came with my rotisserie but finding more was a headache. These from Amazon filled the bill quite nicely and I am very pleased.
