The item was delivered on time. All install hardware was included. The shift linkage is a solid piece of metal. I adjusted it to the length of the old linkage and installed it. Took 10 minutes. Bike 2020 FLHTP. The chromed cover for the rear mount that comes out of the gear box didn't fit. I don't mind but just as a heads up. Also my connection points are offset. Still the product works just fine after install. Good item, I recommend.

This linkage does not fit every model advertised. It will fit with a bit of customization, however. Better priced than the named brand parts.
