Our old scale was a spring dial unit and it started giving us weights that were not exactly accurate, for our operation we need to know fairly accurate numbers to record for registration. This brings us up to an easier to read, easier to use calf scale.

Like this product very much, wish it held a heavier calf so that I could get birth and wean weights, but then the sling would have to be much bigger, and not fit the new born.

There are no instructions . We can’t get the back off to put in battwries and now screws are stripped. Cheaply made and won’t allow us to replace: buyer beware !

Honestly can’t comment on the functionality of this product because I ordered this and all I received was the sling. Didn’t come with the scale although this listing said both would be included. Very disappointed.

Did not come with scale as described, requested replacement and will see if that one comes with it.
